I'M GETTING A DOG! Hallelujah!
You all know my little Kobe and Foofoo stayed with Mike when I moved in with Tim. I miss them so much. (For those who don't know why I left Kobe, its because he was originally owned by our 3rd roommate... who moved, and took Kobe with him... Kobe could not handle it...hey who am I kidding? I couldn't handle it! Kobe got very sick and upset and we got him back..... which I begged for him!. The only home he knows is at Mike's house... Plus now Foofoo came along, and they are two happily married dogs...Mike and I discussed this last year, and knew if the time came for me to move, it would be best for the dogs to leave them with Mike.) On the way to IHOP Saturday we saw some people on the side of the road selling puppies... I looked to see what kind... cause if it was a pomeranian, we would have HAD to stop and see... it makes me miss my pups...
Anyway, just this morning I was lying in bed, half doped up on pain meds, and thought "I wish Tim would let me get a puppy." Yet, not really wanting to mess with the training, etc. He came home from work today and said his ex wife emailed him, asking if he wanted their old dog... Its a Peekapoo.... her name is Missy. He asked me if I wanted her, and I said "Can we go get her tonight?"
We are going Sunday as there are some other errands we need to do that day up in that area... I wish we could go NOW! I know it will not take the place of my precious Kobeeekin or Foofee Doofeee as I call them... but she is trained, and he has wanted her for some time....
That is going to be one spoiled doggie!! I'm sure she is going to love being with the two of you as much as you will love having her.
