NAUSEA!! HELP
I have had my surgey almost 1 month ago and for the past 2 weeks I have woke up sick and went to bed sick. I have returned to work this past Monday and have been miserable with this nausea. No matter what I eat or drink I am sick to my stomach, any clues as to WHY???? and how long this will last????
It could be sinus drainage sweetie. What normally wouldn't bother you now fills your little pouch. Try having something hot to sip first thing in the morning. This could be broth, bouillion, herbal tea, or decaf coffee or tea, the warm liquid will help wash some of the mucus out of your pouch and should help with nausea.
If it gets worse or if you are unable to keep liquids down all day, call your doctor as it could be a stricture. If that is the problem, only your doctor can take care of it.
Hope you feel better. Keep us posted.

SO sorry you are feeling so sick.
I second what Susan said --- she's a very wise and experienced voice to listen to!
Also, another newbie was in your shoes just a few short days ago. As of right now, her post is on page 2 --- titled "I'm miserable" by Nsg4Him.
You might read through what others told her, in case they don't all get on here to respond to your post quick enough. I know when you're feeling like this, you want answers/advice "now"!
Good luck, sweetie, and let us know how you're doing...

BTW - the "miserable" post was posted on the 11th, and she posted on the 14th that she was feeling better, so hopefully yours won't last much longer!
Since Tara seconded all that has been said, let me third it! I enjoy the idea of something hot in the morning, It almost has medicinal qualities when it comes to my pouch!
Also, here is a link to the post Tara was talking about:
