I am so very sorry, that I missed this post somehow the first time.  I am so very happy that you are looking into your options.  I have been overweight since I was 10, will be 39 this summer and I would have given anything to have had this surgery when I was younger, because I would have not have had the years of bad health, not to mention the medical expense.  You will make the right decision for you and you are very smart to research your options.  AND, you are in the PERFECT place to get advice!!! You know your momma wouldn't steer you wrong and neither will we. Ask all the questions you want sweetie. Go to seminars at more than one hospital. Find the surgeon, surgery and program that fits you!
