Hey Scott...am I reading this right...you had your surgery in December and you have already lost 80 pounds?  I moved here a year ago from Kentucky..so, am trying to connect with people here in Nashville....

Hello Barb!  That does look a little funny now.  No, since surgery in Dec.  (today is my 4 week mark), I have lost 33 lbs.  The 80 is a total of weight I have lost since I started this journey back in March of last year.  I think it was easier for me to lose weight since my wife had her surgery in June.  Hence, we made some drastic changes in what was brought into the house (ex: no sodas, only water and such).  Welcome to the Tenn Boards.  If you have any questions, feel free to jump in.  For that matter, we accept answers as well!  So, welcome!  Maybe you can attend one of the Lunch Bunch or dinner Club get togethers we have.  Just keep an eye on the boards for upcoming announcements!
