Espresso-free drink ...

Well my mother told me that one reason I could have been constipated was drinking so much espreso.  Whether or not that's a possibility, I don't know...  but I made a drink that was inspired by something Shelia said yesterday. Instead of espresso, I put 1 oz of SF Davinci Kahlua in a cup Then I added 1 tblsp SF Davinci chocolate sauce, little splenda In my steel steamer cup, I put in 10 oz of Labrada Vanilla  protein and a little chocolate Micellar milk I steamed it up, put in my cup, and added some whipped cream Then took some cinnamon and splenda, mixed it in my hand, sprinkled on top of whipped cream OH MY GOLLY!  It was good... and it was protein! The Labrada Lean Body Vanilla is very good...  and it didn't clump up like Micellar Milk. I also heard that caffeine is not good for people with kidney stones...  so I might resort to espresso free living for awhile

Mel: Before you divorce your new found love of espresso, be aware that decaf espresso exists.  I use it every day.  You can buy the pods at Starbucks just like the regular ones and it tastes divine! No worries...you don't have to miss the taste you have grown to love.  It is available in whole bean too if you prefer to grind your own. Happy Monday! Freddie

Okay, Mel you've brought me out of take a quick look and make sure everyone's okay lurking mode to ask........Where do you get the Labrada lean body? I would love a protein that mixes well. I got the Labrada Lean Body at Vitamin Shoppe in Rivergate.  Umm I hesitate to tell because now all the gastric bypass support group will swamp the place like a police raiding a gambling ring or something... and snatch up all those labrada's...  they are 3.49 each.  I like how they heated up with the espresso steamer...  and the drink was very good...   I had my cafe americana today.  Wasn't the same as my yummy tasty labrada with kahluah SF davinci, sf choc syrup by davinci, and whipped cream...  yummo
