Just a note to say that I had a marvelous time today with all of my peeps at IHOP! If you have never attended a Lunch Bunch you should really give it a try. There are all kinds of people and we all share a common bond...good health. I had a great time with my new friends Mike and Lauren. We laughed like we had known each other for years! It was also great to see everyone that I already knew and loved. Thanks for a great day and I'm really looking forward to the Dinner Club! Again, if you have never participated....you won't know if you'll like it unless you give it a try! C'mon...try it just once! Kisses! Freddie

I hate to use this as an example, but Freddie, you must warn those that have never attended before, that it is like the Lays Chips commercial, it is impossible to only try it ONCE, because you become addicted and want another and another and another..... Do I need to say more?????????? I too had a BLAST, but I have a great time everytime!!!!!!

Ya'll are so fun! I absolute love getting together with you all! It's amazing all the changes in everyone in a month's time! Also... I just love the shopping experience every month in the parking lot(s) of various restaurants! Yesterday, I got my 2nd pair of size 12 jeans (thank you, Marie!) and several tops (several tops from Trina - my "gem"). When I was trying them on, John grabbed the camera and we just had some fun. (check them out on my profile) Hope you enjoy! Note: (Funny how 7 months ago I was mad when someone took my picture - now look at me... ha ha) BTW - I also got a beautiful outfit from Susan J. that is a size 10. My goal is to be in it by my birthday - Jan. 21st. I'm sooooo close...

Thank you! Thank you for the tops too. EVERYTHING fit!!! I second everything you said about the others too! I love to see everyone shrink from one month to the next. I don't think we notice our own transformation as much as we do each other's. I now realize that others were seeing those changes in me even if I didn't. It's like I get to relive the transformation by watching everyone else go through it. You are looking absolutely gorgeous! I knew you were going to be tiny. But, dang girl, you're smokin'!!!! Tim is one lucky fella.
