Hey guys! Just a note to let you know, I can create Century Club Cards for you. I have spoke to Annette Rush on the main board. It seems she is swamped with work and other assorted things. She has created several cards, and they are located at the following web site:

I in no way created these, but am able to add your name (or whatever name) you would like to it. I will say I am in the process of learning how to create my own design. So when that happens,I will let you know. Until then, if you would like a card of your own, please go to the above website, pick the design and amount of weight you have lost (100, 150, 200, 250, 300 LBS), and I will personalize it with your name.
