Very thoughtful neighbor
I feel your pain when it comes to the weight not moving, but from what I have been told, it will come on off, but the closer you get to goal, it slows down. I know you have just had your surgery, but to already be down to your size, it amazing!!! Keep up the hard work and you are very Blessed to have such support!!!

Are you still eating a pretty soft diet? You may be ready to move to more dense foods that will stay with you longer. For those in between meal fits of hunger, drink something calorie free. This will help by getting your fluids while also fighting hunger.
In another couple of months your nutritionist will probably give you the go ahead to add raw veggies. Then you will be able to add a snack of low calorie, high fiber veggies to help with hunger. If you have been cleared for cooked veggies, try adding a snack of just veggies. A planned snack is not grazing.
And, I'm sure that you are still following the rule of nothing to drink 30 minutes before and after a meal or snack.
The "more senior" we get - I refuse to get older, LOL - the harder it is to lose weight. I think even with the surgery we beyond a certain age just have to work harder at it.
