Ok I love pina coladas.  But they are really sweet.  So last week at Kroger, I found a V8 tropical colada on sale for $2.50.  It is kind of low, kind of high in sugars... I only used 3 oz...  so it got me to thinking....  I had 3 oz of it, 1 oz of malibu SF davinci tonight over ice, and omg it tasted like pina colada heaven.  So that got me to thinking...  what if I added some of it to a vanilla protein shake and had a pina colada shake?  just a thought...  then I kept thinking...  yes I was on a role...  what if I used coconut SF davinci, and malibu or pineapple davincis and put it in vanilla protein shake mix?  Then you could have a pina colada shake with no sugars.  Here are the stats on that v8 tropical colada.  8 oz 21 carbs 18 sugars It is a bit high but much lower than sugars in a regular pina colada mix.  I will probably do 2 oz of v8 pina colada and 1/2 malibu with a protein vanilla shake. Just thinking out loud.... I've also been thinking... if you used choc syrup, toasted marshmallow syrup (davinci), what else would you use in place of graham crackers' taste with a vanilla protein shake?  I would like to make smores protein shake.

Why not use 1 real graham cracker? They are really low in carbs and sugars, and they do have a little bit of fiber. I would break it up and just add it to the shake before blending. This sounds good!
