An idea for left over New Year's champagne

Well, I had some leftover champagne that the sweetie had for New Year's Eve (I had a 1/4 of a glass and was sufficiently blitz...lol!).  Anyway, yesterday I mixed the champagne with dijon mustard, and herb de provence, and hint of garlic, and made a marinade for chicken.  I had several chicken breasts marinating all day and baked them in the oven.  It was FABULOUS and very tasty.  Too bad Chris is at home wiht his son this week...no yummy chicken for him! hehehehe!
