Thanks everyone! I did the touch down dance as you all know I don't have a scale so it was a huge surprise for me. People in the clinic were dancing with me it was so fun. Way better than weighing every week once a month is the way to go everyone. Trust me if you don't know you hit a stall you cant get sad. Oh Oh the best part...... I can now fit my wedding rings again and I don't mean snug they are very comfortable. Today is a happy day for me if you can't tell already.
