5 week follow up

I had my 5 week follow up today and I have lost .........Drum roll please........................ 42 pounds.

whhheeeewwww hhhhhooooo yea girl thats so good. I knew you were gonna do awesome you have such a good attitude and work hard.

THANKS You shoudl have seen Sandra's face she was like OMG but I been walking 4.5 miles a day and following all instructions to a "T"

wow you go girl are you walking on a treadmill or out in the cold. You are my inspiration lol come over and drag me out of the house when its cold i don't even want to go to my car. I bet sandra was so proud of you. I knew you were gonna do good came to the support group the same day you got out of the hospital. And never seem to let it get you down. Ok and now I have to go find that booklet they gave me and read it all again till its memorized.

Dawn get up girl and walk walk walk.

I am goingto be at the fitness center at Starbucks on Monday come and join me and Sandra 

starbucks has a fitness center ?lol when we went for the group was the first time i've ever walked in a starbucks I hate coffee with a passion. so those only place i've seen was the room we were in and the one where we bought the stuff so where is the fitness center. I have my preop stuff on the 7th thou. gonna bring my hubby to the meeting that night so he can meet everybody he keeps saying whos this or that when i talk about everybody lol
