What are the "can't live without items" in your pantry?

Geesh, I have a few things I always keep. Lets see: 1) Powercrunch bars (not so much right now but these are usually always in my kitchen) 2) Yoplait light yogurt (tons!) 3) Cheese (lots of different flavors of shredded cheese -primarily mozzerela and cheddar) 4) SF coolwhip and SF chocolate syrup for the sugar cravings 5) peanut butter (to mix with my #4 items!!!) 6) I always keep low sugar pizza sauce, a package of turkey pepperoni, low carb tortillas and shredded mozzerela cheese to make/broil me a pizza for a quick lunch or dinner when I want it.  7) bananas 8) eggs I guess that is about the only "have to have" in my house items. Then there are items that we are just into for the "right now". We have been eating a lot of Oscar Meyer Turkey Bacon for the past month for breakfast and it is really good. Corey even likes it! And lately I have been keeping no sugar added ice cream and frozen strawberries so I can make me milkshakes. And I have been loving fresh cut pineapples.

Can we eat peanut butter? I thought it had too much fat in it so I haven't tried it. What kind can we eat?

I tried to post this 2x today at work. Got froze up. I use the Splenda sweetened pineapple in my banana splits.  I posted that recipe awhile back. Let me know if you want it.
