The secret to being happily successful with this surgery is having wonderful products that keep us satisfied and healthy.  With this in mind...what are your absolute "must have" items that help keep you on the straight and narrow?   In my kitchen, there are several things that I must have all of the time.  They are: 1.  Instant espresso powder (to mix into protein drinks) 2.  Sugar free pudding powder (to make sugar free egg nog & cheesecake crepes) 3.  Valor 70% cocoa sugar free chocolate bars (a tiny bite can satisfy a huge craving.) 4.  Gosh That's Good sugar free chocolate drink mix powder (for lattes and hot cocoa) 5.  Hood's Calorie Countdown (green carton and sugar free chocolate milk) 6.  Eggs (love them fixed just about any way!) 7.  Susan Maria's sugar free granola (keeps things moving!) 8.  Susan Maria's sugar free biscotti (a wonderful treat!) 9.  DaVinci sugar free syrups (I collect them to make all kinds of coffee drinks!  Love them!!!) 10)  International Delight sugar free creamers (YUMMY!) So now you know about my favorites...what are yours? Freddie

1. Cappuccino Nectar protein powder to add to my morning cappuccino. 2. DaVinci sugar free syrups. The more, the merrier! 3. Carb Master yogurt. When nothing else sounds good I love my yogurt. Plus they deliver the "good" bacteria I need. 4. Gotta second the Valor 70% cocoa SF chocolate bars. A little dab'll do ya! 5. AchievOne...nuff said! 6. Cheese, glorious cheese! 7. Individually frozen boneless chicken breasts. 8. Whey Gourmet Vanilla Ice Cream Royale protein powder. Makes a good base for any flavor protein shake. 9. Crystal Light On The Go packets 10. Indivdually frozen strawberries, pineapple chunks, peach slices, blueberries, raspberries and quartered bananas for adding to my fruity protein drinks. SM has SF biscotti??? Oh my! I do need to place an order. Perhaps I need to browse a bit.

The biscotti is a recipe in her book:  Almond Anise Biscotti.  It is fabulous!   I have never tried the cappuccino Nectar.  It must be good or it wouldn't be on your list.  I'll have to try it.

Scott, you are a hoot!   Considering that you are such a newbie I would say that you are doing great!  You must try the Hood's chocolate milk.  It is simply the best!  By the way, if you go to the Hood's Calorie Countdown website, you can print off a coupon for a dollar off.  Oh and I forgot one thing...Chocolate Malt Moo Magic-they come in little straws like Crystal Light.  I don't like them in white milk but in the chocolate milk...they ROCK!

Hey Freddie! The Almond Roca flavor is a nice chocolate almond flavor.  It's fabulous in my coffee.  I bought it at World Market in Knoxville and there's one coming to the Avenue in Murfreesboro, so I'm going to be stocking up on sugar free syrups! I actually think it's much better than the chocolate syrup that I have as well for my coffee. Oh, I also have nuts in  my pantry for snack attacks.  I love the chili lime almonds and wasabi and soy flavored almonds.   And don't forget gum...lots and lots of sugar free gum...preferrably Icebreakers in Rasberry Sorbet flavor.
