Just wanted to say HI

I just wanted to say Hi to all the newbies, ones having surgery and everyone else here on the board.  I have not been feeling well at all, body aches, chills, fever, sore throat, very tired, shaky, actually I think I may have the flu!!  I have not felt this bad in a very long time.  I just wanted to make sure that everyone had a wonderful Christmas and has a blessed New Year!!!   You are all so wonderful and I am so thankful that each of you will be a part of my 2008!!!! Hope you get to feeling better soon. Now as a state employee you could have gotten a free flu shot. My PCP recommended it after my surgery. Take care of yourself, girl. Hope your Christmas was wonderful. Have a wonderful New Year. I will see you in a couple of weeks. Marie

I actually got my flu shot the first of October, but it seems like I have a different strain, if it is the flu, I am not sure, I havn't even felt like going to the doctor. 

Hey there, Sweet Angel! I'm not new but I hope you feel better soon.  Amelia had some wierd flu and has been sickly most of the holiday.  She is just now starting to feel better.  Hopefully you will feel better soon, too! Happy Friday! Freddie

Hey Shelia, I hope you are feeling better. I got this crap right before we left, started on meds and I still am not rid of it. DH has it also, so I guess we will be passing it back and fourth, even though we both are on meds. You take care of yourself and stay warm and dry. Cheryl

Shelia Sorry you are feeling bad....my entire family has had the same thing on and off for the last few days.......just give yourself plenty of fluids and rest....hope you feel better soon Wendy

Hey Girl... Thanks for the hospital visit....I vaguely remember it. I am told I fell asleep while talking to you...sorry...meds kicking in, I guess.....  It was so sweet for you and your DH to come by..... I am up and about..off work til end of January...still in slow motion....still not lifting more than 5 lbs..can't exercise yet either...I have no energy...but it is better every day. I am sorry you are sick. I hope you kick it soon and are back to your sweet, happy, and gorgeous self. Love ya!!!  and Have a GREAT NEW YEARS!!!! Luvmissy/Susan
