Dr. Appointment

Hi Scott,  Glad you all had a great Christmas.  Wow 19 lbs the first week is AWESOME!!!  You know what they say about men and weight loss...lol.  Didn't you just love it when you finally got to advance to those FULL LIQUIDS?  I bet you thought nothing would ever taste so good...lol. You, Beth and RJ will definately be in my prayers.  I know how hard it is this time of the year.  It seems like a lot of folks are having a hard time right now.
