I am a work in progress, DH is the prior military, we ets'd in 89, so we are ole fogey's. He says the same, during the time that he was in enlist they made sure the weight stayed off.now it's a ooops. I'm sure there are others here in our area that are prior too. Not sure who they are, sorry.
But welcome, there are alot of great folks here, the support is over the top!!!!!
Glad your here

Welcome to the TN Board. Dr. Dyer is also my Doctor and I just love him to death, you will to. He's real serious at first, but once you get to know him, he lightens up a little and has a real good sense of humor. Him and his wife, Nina are both active in everything that has to do with weight loss. Anyway, I look forward to hearing more from you and you just ask if you need anything. Good luck!!
Hugs,

Tammy,
Thank you for the welcome and the input on Dr Dyer. In doing my research I thought he would be the type of Dr I would want. Then I was lucky enough to have him be the presenter when I went to the seminar and knew he would be great for me. He seems to be caring but will be completely straight with you and give you a kick in the butt if you need it.
Congrats on your recent surgery. I hope you have all the success in the world.
