Stage two diet started
I started my stage two diet yesterday and it went so much better than I expected.
I had
Breakfast; Grits & CIB shake
Snack CIB Breakfast
Lunch Chicken Soup with 2 crackers
Snack CIB
Dinner Bean and ham soup blended with cheese on top and 1 cracker
ALL was blended the bean soup was like refried beans in the texture but had ham and carrot's in it so taste was different actually pretty dang good.
