Anybody ever had shingles?
Bless your sweet little stressed heart! My sister gets shingles from time to time...she loves it, too. Nothing says "Merry Christmas" like an itchy painful case of shingles!!!
Anyway, her doctor usually gives her an antiviral medicine, an anti-inflamitory and then something for the pain. My vote it go to see your pcp or at least give him/her a call.

Never had them but I have heard they are terribly painful. Call the Doc!!
Nurses are the worst patients. SHEESH!!

Oh ye of little faith. Already called doc and have an appointment this morning. I know better than to mess around with this. I would have gone sooner but it just now really presented like shingles. It didnt hurt at first so i thought it was a rash or hives.
So dont worry ya'll I am doing what I am supposed to. But I thought if someone knew of something new they had heard about, I could get the pcp to write a script for it. A girl at work said they make lidocaine patches that help.
