Happy Surgery!!!!  I know you are excited!  Me too, for you!  I took two books to read while I was in the holding area...Susan Maria's Before and After and Weight Loss Surgery for Dummies.  I read and sang hymns while I waited for my turn. It will all be over before you know it !!   I ditto whoever said walk.  I thought "yeah right" but I had my nurse in my room at 2am in the morning walking me.  It felt SO good. 

Hey Melissa, me and dh are thinking of you. You will do fine, like someone else said, the walking afterward will for sure help. If you can't get to a computer, I am sure the brother Scott will post your progress for us all to read about. Cheryl
