need you help in finding a good Lawyer for my hubby about his job

Does anyone know of any Lawyers that work with people wrongly fired from there job. Friday night my husband had 3 tires blow on his lead trailor, the company is trying to say that he hit something and that he didnt do his check on tirers and proper checking that they all do before there run, This is just a ploy for this company to get rid of my husband, he is at almost top pay and they are not paying that high anymore and so they are trying to get rid of the top ones to make room for lower paying truck drivers.He is being wronged and they maybe be firering him, So we need some help on what to do if this happends.  They are not a Union company so that is a problem there.  My husband has nothing to lean back on for help in saving his job, he is our only source of income due to the fact that I am disabled from working, Mentally I am not able to hold down a job. Can any one help us with names or ideas of what to do.  This is not fair this is wrong. my husband has been a truck driver for about 18 years with one accident a couple of years ago when he hit a sheet of blac**** they tried to fire him then. Saying it was his fault.  This company just bought out 3 other companys and kept there CEO's on. These big wigs make the money but have never ever been in a truck, There cutting the truck drivers pay and pocketing the money themselves so these drivers struggle to stay afloat, a guy that works with my husband that is on the bottom scale of pay had only got to work 2 nights last week. I am asking for your support for prayer and lifting words. Have you tried the ACLU? 

No what is that?

American Civil Liberties Union they represent people who have been wrongfully terminated or been miss treated due to age , race  any discriminatory purpose. Or you can find any lawyer and sue for a wrongful termination suit but personally I think the ACLU would be my first shot.

Thank you everyone.........  You all have been a big help He would like to get on with wmart the first of the year I dont know if that means we will have to move but what ever we have to do we will,  They have not fired him but they did write him up on a preventable still claiming he hit something this company does not care about there drivers they care about lineing there pockets with more money money they are taking from the good drivers, My husband has suffered pay cuts money taken away and other ridicules from this company.  I am not bragging but my husband is one of the best drivers they have and highest paid thats what this all boils down too. 18 years of driveing no writen accidents and no tickets 2 years ago he hit blac**** and totaled out the truck and it almst killed him and instead of taking time to heal hee went back to work. he is a safe drive takes ever precaution does his safty checks on the trucks,  They have put him in some really dangerous trucks I have a list of things this darn company has done to my hubby.  it just isnt right,  We kn0w wallmart is looking for christian driver and safe drivers so help us with prayer that the door will open for him,  There are not to many christian truck drivers out there and they need to stick together.  There are three including my hubby that travel together.  We pray all three can get on with walmart.  What a great christmas that would be my hubby deserves to be in the best equipment and be safe all drivers do.  If it wasnt for our truck drivers our country would suffer they are the ones that get us the commadies that we use ever day, they get things to us like UPS and the others.  So lets lift our truckers up in prayer they derseve it.
