Day Three of Liquid Diet

Well it has been day three of 7 days of my liquid diet.  I am really pleased with myself.  I just knew that I couldn't do it, but it has been surprsingly(sp) easy.  I did try chicken broth last night for dinner and it smelled so goooood.  I'll keep you posted and thanks for your support.

Congratulations, Melissa!  You are doing great!  Isn't it amazing how strong we are?  I really doubted that I would be able to do it, too!  As it turns out...I'm really a strong person and didn't even know it. Look at all you have accomplished!!!!  You go girl! Freddie

Hey Melissa, they 7 days will be over with before you know it. You are doing great, bet you never knew that chicken broth could be soooo tastie. By all means keep us posted. Wish you were able to join us Sat nite, but we understand. Cheryl

Keep up the Good work everyone! Be proud of your success. Actually I wish I had gotten the 7 day liquid diet before my surgery to prepare me for whats to come its crazy going from eating food to not eating food the next day.
