5 year anniversary and fashion show!

the wonderful group at foothills weightloss is having a big deal get together on dec. at 7:00 in auditorium at blount memorial hospitol in maryville. i hope everyone gets to come, it sounds so fun, also  we can meet and greet. these dr's. are truly good! and the whole  staff from nutritionists,bariatric nurses, physical therapists, and all the staff at the office! please join in the fun if you need directions got to mapquest or call 865 984-3413 or 865 977-4673
