I agree with the group.  You may want to check into medication of some type, with a psychiatrist that understands WLS but also your history.  Diabetes when out of whack can cause major mood swings, plus what I am reading depression is common among us that are in the WLS group.  I have chronic depression and plan to research what I have to do to stay on my medications versus not having them.  I think today my medications are like my glasses.  I can't do without either. Please don't beat yourself up, because if we were perfect, we wouldn't have needed this surgery, we wouldn't have weight problems, we would be a perfect size.  Relapse is a part of addiction, what is good is that you are aware of it, now get up, dust yourself off, and get back on track, and learn from the relapse.   Sharon/Memphis, TN

Thank you for your reply.  I am on medicine CYMBALTA we tried to up it to get me through this rough spot but my insurance would go for it. I also take other meds and I see a therapist and a phyc reguraly(sp)  I am doing much better now and really watching what I am eating. I am over beating my self up.  I am seeing a gastro doc the 18th.  hopefully Iwill get some answers as if I have broken my pouch or if there is food in there not going through that is making me nausea.  I have had depression since I was young I have been on all meds you can think of. my step dad has bipolar and we didnt know it grwoing up I suffered alot of abuse mental and physical but I have worked through those issues, but i am working closewith my docs..... thanks again sharon. and darlene has helped me so much to really all of you have you all are great. hugs Annrenee knoxville tn
