Question about my profile

I can't seem to figure this out, please help.  I need to change my doctor and update the surgery date.  I can't seem to locate where to do this.  Please help.

I have been out of town for a week or so and I was so happy to see that you have a date.  And not only a date but a date with the best surgeon in the world.  There is no one better than Dr. Richards.  Of course everyone says this about "THEIR" surgeon as well as they sould....

Do you know what time you are going to have your surgery?
