5 Days post-op Pictures on my Face and Neck Lift

It has been 5 days since I have had my neck and face lift.  WOW!!!! I can say I had mixed feelings after the surgery.  My first thought was, "I will never do this again".  Then the next day things where a little better but not much.  I am not going to lie, it hurt.  My ears are what hurts the most.  They cut in front of and behind and pulled and stretched and you name it.  I did bleed more than normal, but men bleed more from this type of surgery than women. The surgery took 5 hours instead of the 4 hours he thought.  I had to leave the drain in for 4 days instead of 1 day.  Dr. Griffin was and is great.  He made sure that I had enough pain meds to keep me comfortable.  His entire staff is the greatest.  I highly recommend him and his staff.  They are so caring and concern with every step of the journey.  He will always be my plastic surgeon, no dout about it.  And for those of you who are wondering........YES I WOULD DO IT AGAIN!!!!........lol.  I have posted some pictures and as I change I will post some more.  THANKS TO EVERYONE FOR YOUR PRAYERS AND SUPPORT!!  I love this board.  Mike

Mike You look so different!  And I have known you for 20+ yrs...  the sideview is a stranger to me!  lol But you look great.  I am happy for you.  Now we are still working on a girlfriend... Everyone keep your eyes and ears open.  LOL Juss kiddin
