He walked right past me!
Last night I was at a church function after evening service. I was standing there talking with another couple and waiting for my husband to come back in from putting something in the car. They had just asked me if I experienced a lot of people not recognizing me now.
Right then I noticed my husband walk right past me and I could tell he was scanning the room looking for me. He said he was looking for my red coat and had forgotten that I was carrying it instead of wearing it. We had quite a good laugh about that.
