P E A C E - It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble, or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.

It isn't an actual test per sae and there are no right or wrong answers :-) It is just an exam to pick your brain a little to make sure you can hand the mental and emotional toll and responsibilities that go along with weight loss surgery.
The test questions are very redundant. They asked the same thing in a bazillion different ways.
I'm sure you did fine.

This is my first post (heavily researching surgery at this point) so I hope it comes through okay. Here is what Blue Cross/Blue Shield of TN has in their requirements for bariatric surgery for psych eval - Psychiatrist/Psychologist must submit all of the following:
-
Documentation of the individual's willingness to comply with both the pre and postoperative treatment plans; and
-
Interview/evaluation results; and
-
Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI 2); and
-
Psychological evaluation (any screening accepted by the American Psychological Association); and
-
The Eating Disorder Inventory (EDI-2) or the Eating Attitudes Test (EAT-26)
NOTE: If any of the above (Interview/evaluation, MMPI 2, EDI-2 or EAT-26, or the Psychological evaluation) provides a suggestion of cognitive slippage or psychosis, a predictive test (e.g., thematic apperception test (TAT) or the Rorschach test) is required
