Hi Sherry, I can truely relate with you on this. I have not been feeling good the past couple of days, I haven't ate anything bad, I just have not been getting in all of my protein or my water, I am only getting in a little over half of each, which is bettter than nothing. I seem to do ok early morning, to late afternoon, then I just stop for some reason or the other. I have had a few times where I have just spit up, not really vomit. My DH has been working these past few days so I have not been able to get to the Y or do much walking. Even I have been in my scooter inside the house doing chores, but I use to be able to do some of them on my feet. I am hoping that I am just weak from not getting in what I need. I am not hungry at all so that is a good thing. I had my second fill on 10/16 and had to go have some taken out and that has helped, but it has been rough since then. I am hoping that I will be able to get back on track again real soon. But as the ole saying goes I feel your pain. Everyone on this board is awesome, I am so gald that I got involved with you guys. I'm just feelin a little sad and upset because of the way that I am doing. I did have my full protein shake this morning along with taking my meds, and right now I feel like I have eaten a cow,so I am not wanting any water right now hopefuly that will get better as the day goes on. Hope everyone has a great Sunday and GO TITANS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Cheryl

I am so glad today had gone much better for you!!!  Just remember, we have all either done it, doing it or will probably do it at some point, that is why this support is as important to this surgery as the surgeon is!!! Keep it up and don't hesitate to lean on us, because trust me we all do it!! Hi Sherry. Like everyone else said - stop beating yourself up about yesterday. Nothing you can do about that. Just move forward.Everyone goes through phases. You are not alone. We have all been there and still go there. You just have to get past it and move on. It sounds like you are back on track now. My only advise is to weigh your food. When I noticed I could start eating more, I got a food scale and would only let myself eat 4oz of food. That helped a lot. I also want to say to drink, drink, drink. No matter anything else, you have to get in at least 64 oz of fluid a day. And all of your vitamins. Fluid and vitamins are the most important thing for your right now. You are doing great. Just remember why you went through this surgery in the first place and how much healthier you are because of it. You can do it.
