Lapband surgery at Blount Memorial in Maryville?

I'm thinking about having lap band surgery in Maryville at Blount Memorial. I went to a seminar several months ago, but I can't find the handouts they gave me.  I have a BMI of 50 and I have sleep apnea. Because of those two things I would have to have the surgery at the hospital instead of the surgery center. The cost at the surgery center, if I remember correctly was 14,500 and the hospital was 17,500.  Does anyone know, if I lowered my BMI, even though I have sleep apnea, would I qualify to have it at the surgery center?  Any help would be greatly appreciated. I really can't help you out there.  My suggestion is to call them and tell them the date you came etc and ask them to send you the info or ask if you can come by and pick it up.  Or you could just ask these questions to them.  They deal with these things everyday, don't be afraid to get in touch with them.
