Significant WOW moments
Tuesday I was at the Y and just got done on the eliptical when a woman I had seen the previous day said, "You had gastric bypass surgery?" I responded by saying yes, and how did she know...she told me she had the surgery 2 years ago and she was 600lbs before surgery...now she's probably around 275...it was just a humbling experience knowing that there are many of us lurking out there.
The other WOW moment...I've got a male friend with a serious case of, as he calls it...Allyitis...that's right...Alyssa has a boyfriend.
First one in 6 YEARS! So we'll see how this goes. Hope everyone is doing well.

P E A C E - It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble, or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.
