My Tremendous WOW
You have made so many changes in the past year. I remember at the first luncheon how quiet you were and now you are really coming out of your shell. I think the real Juanita is emerging like a beautiful butterfly emerging from it's cocoon. Congrats on weighing less than the step mom too!! You are being so gracious about it that I think you have taught her a thing or two about how a lady behaves. Love ya girl!! Susan

P E A C E - It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble, or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.
It's amzing as thepounds shed so does the quiet, shy person I used to be. My confidence is growing but I do not want to change so much that I become stuck up or just totally engrossed with myself. I am sure you ladies will let me know if that happens and put me in my place. : ) I love you all and thank heavens for all of you everyday.
wow, wow, WOW, WOW, WOW!!! What an incredible moment! What an incredible feeling! Oh, if only the pain from the past would "fall off" as quickly as the pounds do.
But, may you find more joy in your present, and peace in your future, than you ever could have imagined!
You are valuable and precious and I am glad to have met you and hope to get to know you better!
