Dinner club question

Ok, since I'm a newbie at this, how does it work? Do we wait on each other? First one there gets the table? Does Outback know we are coming and do they know our "situation" as far as seating/eating? I maybe worrying abouth this for nothing, but dang it I'M EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Like I said in a earlier post I have allready printed out a menu and trying to figure out what I am going to eat.........LOL I am not sure if I will be on my scooter or not, right now I am saying that I won't, because I am still on my 15 lb. high...LOL, but just in case  depending on my swelling I would like to know that they would have room for it, if I am. Just some concerns on my part. Thanks Cheryl....

Alyssa is the one handling the arrangements. She will probably be the first one there and will let them know the size of our party and any special needs. That is why she needs some idea of a headcount. Usually most of us will get there before we can be seated so we are easy to find. Just look for familiar faces from our avatars and we'll be on the lookout for you. We watch out for our people, and we are very good at spotting them too. Anyone who comes after we are seated just asks for a large party from OH, or "The Dinner Club", or some title that Alyssa will give us for our seating. Don't be nervous about finding us. If you are in your scooter, we'll make sure they take good care of you.

Cheryl I'm with you, its my first time too. Can't wait to meet ya'll. This is fun. I know there will be laughs. You don't think we will get in trouble. HUM??????? Barb

Hi Cheryl...and everyone! I called Outback a few days ago and they said that they would make a note of how many people was in our party but because they don't take reservations they suggested that I call at 4:30 when they open to be safe and use the call ahead seating...that's the legistics so far.  I'll probably be waiting outside so just look for a short, poofy haired youngin...that will be me.  If you all have any questions, feel free to call or text me...481-0123.  Email works  too... [email protected] . I know this is the first meeting and that there will be a few kinks to work out, but hopefully this will go off well, and without any major issues.  Just don't keep me out too late...gotta get up early tomorrow...ugh! lol.  You know you all are such party animals!
