Hey Sweet Girlie!

It's so nice to see a post from you!  Okay...so you gained 5 pounds.  Just go back to basics and it will go away before you know it.  No sitting and crying!  You have come way too far to let 5 pounds get the best of you.  Take out your pictures from when you started...remember how far you have come...and then just handle it...you know exactly what to do.   You are one of my heros!  Hey...I just signed on for Tara's Halloween Goal...why don't you do the same?  We'll compare notes throughout the coming week.

I'm sending you lots of support!!!!

Freddie

Sue, just get back to basics....

protein, protein, protein... oh and plenty of calorie free, caffeine free liquids :-) Do you still have the "manual" from Centennial? Use that as a reference.... you don't need a plateau buster diet :-)

*hugs*

Hi. The plateau diet is really hard! I would say to calm down. I know how hard it is to see the gain but you can get it back off. Getting really upset makes you want to eat more so try to accept it and know that you can get past it. Trust me when I say a lot of us have gone through that. Just make sure you are taking all of your vitamins daily, getting in at least 64 oz of water and go back to eating high protein, low fat foods. Eat only three meals a day with maybe one protein "snack". You can do it.
