My WOW moment
Ok, folks here it is. I went yesterday for my weigh-in and fill. I have lost another 11 lbs, that is 36 lbs since 08/01/07. I also, was able to wear a 4X outfit on Saturday, I have been in a 6 or 7x for so long. I couldn't believe it, I am also going to have to buy some new undies
I have actually lost more than the 36 lbs. I started keeping up with my weight in July of '05, but I am just counting since 08/01 since that is when I got really serious about WLS.The other was just me trying to diet and me being sick, hard to believe that back then I weighed 525lbs. The Dr. was pleased with my loss and how I was doing. I go back on 11/13 that is 5 days before my birthday, so hopefully I will have a bigger loss and that will be my present to myself. I will also, be putting up some new pictures a little later on, so you guys can let me know what you think. Hope everyone is well. Now I just need to try to update my ticker thingy, hey Barb, I might need your help again.
