If I were you, call the insurance company and make sure they received it. Double check on both ends... at the doctor's to make sure they sent it, then at the ins co to make sure they got it. If not, then have the doctor's office send it again, call ins co, you get the point. Don't give up! Good luck!
I hate that two of our guys seem to be slipping through the cracks. Do they not know that you are EXTRA special fellas? Y'all belong to us and should be treated as the special guys you are! Hope things get sorted out quickly for both of you. We are saving 2 seats on the loser's bench just for you. I pray that both of you are sitting on the bench with us before Christmas. Hang in there!
