Scott ~ What a frustrating situation! I'm so sorry that you have had to go through this. However, your "gracious tenacity" is applaudable! (Is that a word?) What I'm trying to say is, you are sticking with it, doing whatever it takes and working hard in the mean time, but handling the situation with such grace that it's inspiring. Just got off the phone with Cigna and was told that Dr. Dyer’s office should be contact by late this evening or early in the am. Fingers are cross.

Hey Scott, that is just not right 4 sure. It is rough when we feel like we are doing everyone right then something like this happens. I to had trouble with my PCP and he is also at Summit, small world for sure. I have not had the pleasure of meeting you and your wife, and can't wait until I do, but you sound like a fighter so I know that you are not going to give up on this. So keep bugging the crap out of them and it will happen for you. Cheryl.
