Powercrunch Bars on Sale

The Vitamin Shoppe is having their buy one get one 50% off sale on the boxes of Powercrunch Bars if anyone is interested. They told me yesterday that was going on all month. Too bad they were out of the boxes of Peanut butter Creme yesterday so I will be going back for more when those come in. Yumm Yumm.

Can you tell me how many protiens they have and how many cal. Annrenee

Hi Annrenee. Depending on the flavor, they have either 195 or 200 calories each and they have between 13-15 grams of protein. I usually eat them as a protein snack betwen lunch and dinner but I am trying to watch my "diet" and calories right now so lately I eat them for breakfast with a banana. From what I can tell, they really get your metabolism up.

Misty, Thank you,  I am gonna try one.     I also heard not sure how true but that bananas can stall your weightloss.. just thought I would throw that out there i read it somewhere. Annrenee
