Mike, YOU LOOK GREAT!  and you are right there is no shame that is what this site is all about helping others and getting support.  hot hot hot whohoo   ok after re reading my post on here it didnt sound right. my head moves faster then my fingers,  Mike yes it does look like it hurts.  But thinking ahead after you are all healed and not having all that extra skin you are gonna look so nice and feel so good.  I hope nobody took that the wrong way.  It helps to see what the surgeries look like,  I can not wait till its my turn.  and again i hope I did not sound wrong in any way.   sorry if I did Annrenee

The drains do pull and hurt some.........I wonder why they put them in your groin area.....there has to be an easier place!!

Ohhh Mike!  You were always adorable, now there is just less of ya!  The pain will be a small moment in your life.  Soon you will be able to move better without that extra drag!  Congrats!

And Mike thought  "I"  was the big sissy who exaggerated how bad those drains were!   Little did he know....   And to think I actually held back on the REAL truth about how they felt... I didnt want to scare the poor boy!

Mike, I know it's painful, but you look good from it.  Not that much swelling either.  I had mine done in April, and there's just a small section on the left side by the groin and in the pubic area that stands out, as I wasn't able to wear the binder but just a few days.  It interferred with my having COPD.  At least it gives me some flab for my allergy shots.  Honestly I think for the most part you are looking good.  I only had 2 drain tubes, it looks like you have more.  How come?  Keep your binder on, it does help with the swelling.
