walk for obesity
I wanted to walk in it, but my Oncologist has grounded me. Too many people and my blood counts are too low to fight an infection with me having thigh surgery on Oct. 2. I have to be at the VA in Nashville at 6am. Don't think I will be going to bed that night as I would have to be up at 4 to get ready, and the driver will be here at 5am. It's already 5 am now and I'm still up. I thought about coming to watch and he said no way. If I go to watch I may as well walk it, and he wants me no where near a crowd until my blood work comes back up closer to the normal side. Otherwise I won't be able to fight an infection if I get one when I have surgery. Oh well, I still go out every couple of days and walk 4-6 miles at night. Builds up my heart rate, and helps me sleep better at night. Since I haven't walked in two days, I have been up all night restless.
Take pics. Hope to see you soon. Love ya, Kathy
