You, Scott are certifiable.  Telling a poor chicken to run for it's life.  Shame on you.  Chicken is better for you then beef or pork, doesn't have the fat content that beef and pork have.  I'm going to try this out when I get paid on the first.  Since you are still waiting, try it out and let me know what you think.  Love ya

Yes I just went to the mail box as I didn't get yesterdays mail and it was in there.  My gosh if that is 2 scoops how much protein is this?  Doesn't it make the milk to thick to drink?   Have you tried Sonic's peach smoothie yet?  It's made with lowfat yogart, skim milk, crushed ice and fresh peaches.  It's to die for.  I got a small and wished I had gotten the large one.  I'm thinking of going and getting another one.  I'll let you know how I like it when I go out and get some milk.  I buy 1/2 gallon and it goes bad on me before I can fini****  I only use it for swallowing pills with and the occasional bowl of cereal.  But if I just bought a quart size, I would be out before I knew it.  Go figure.  Thank you so very much.  Love ya

How many grams of protein is one scoop? This is a lot for 2 scoops.  My gosh girl, how big are the scoops?  How big is the jug it all comes in?  I need to go out shortly and get some milk, and another smootie.  I'm going to get me a blender too.  Thanks again.  Love

It is 23 grams protein PER SCOOP. The scoops are big and so is the contanier it comes in. When you mix it with milk it will have about 30 grams protein.

Hi Sherry, I haven't tried it out yet, but plan on it when I get paid on the 1st.  It looks and sounds great.  I like the protein part of it.  Even though I would only get to eat 1/2 of it at one sitting, that's two meals per day for me just on one piece.  I get Bettycrocker.com in my email on a regular basis.  I save them in a file to print out later when my printer gets out of storage.  I would say you'll be able to try this once your Dr. puts you on total solids, anywhere between 3 months and 6 months.  How are you doing on the liquids?  It's a drag I know, but I managed to do it, as I just didn't feel up to eating much.  I would start off with 2 oz of chicken broth from chicken noodle soup.  Save the noodles for later.  I would add water to the noodles for more broth then throw out the noodles.  The broth from the roman noodles that you add ho****er too to make it a soup, drain the noodles and enjoy the broth.  It's yummy.  With breakfast I would add 2 oz of apple juice and 2 oz of sf jello.  That would fill me up.  If we went out to eat, I would get the wonton soup broth.  I loved the campbell's beefy mushroom soup.  I strained off the beef and mushrooms and just had the broth.  Same with white soup beans, pinto beans.  So if I or my family was here and wanted beans cooked, I could enjoy them without the beans.  When you go on pureed or soft foods, IHOP I would get a small cottage cheese with warm fruit of the day.  Usually it was strawberries.  I would take some of the cottage cheese and add some fruit to it, I still had leftovers.   Little diners are great for soup beans, and will work with you regarding what is available that you can eat during that time.   I need to make up some jello as I am out in the fridge.  I don't care much for the sf popsickles as I am not into popsickles that much.  But I love the sf fudgesickles, some are only 40 cal. others are 100 calories, depending where you get them.  I find them at Wal-marts.  I did find OJ bothered my pouch and still does.  The acid from it would burn my pouch.  But you will get thru the liquids fine.  Remember it all counts towards your water supply.  It's probably the easiest time to get in your water.  After that once you start adding other foods, I don't know about you, but I had a hard time getting in my water supply.   Love ya and good luck
