I'm HOME

 Hello to everybody. i made it home yesterday but i didnt feel well enough to post..Surgery went ok but i had some problems with my lungs and asthma. It was real bad for me..I think the worst is over now,,,i am walking up and down the hall and sipping,,counting protein. and doing real good at that stuff. Not any problem at all in that area....Thanks to everyone for support ing me,,,,,sherry

Sherry,          I hate to hear that you have had problems with your asthma, but just think in a few months this will either be gone or much better, I know mine is completly gone!!  Keep on walking and sipping, as well as getting in your protein!!!   Glad Your a LOSER!! Shelia

Welcome Home Sherry!  Sorry to hear about the asthma related problems, but glad the surgery went well!  Welcome to the "Losers Bench", may it be all that you dreamed!                      

It sounds like the worst is behind you. From here on out things should be smooth sailing so just hang in there.

Glad to hear that you are home.  Just take it slow and don't try too much.  This is the beginning of the best journey that you ever will take.  We are waiting for you on the loser's bench.

Hi Sherry, welcome home.  Love Scott's loser bench, it's beautiful.  I want one Scott.  Sorry about the Asthma problems, but as everyone has said, once the weight is off, you may not have the problem or very little of the asthma attacks.  I wish you a speedy recovery.
