Sheila, So glad to see you back and you have been in my thoughts and prayers since our phone conversation.  I did get my surgery scheduled with Dr. Dyer since he is in the same group as Dr. Houston and does participate with Humana.  It caused a little delay, but less than if I had switched doctors.  I really appreciate the time you took to talk with me and I know you are a special friend to many of us on this board.  Hang in there...
