Breakfast Ideas

Does anyone have any ideas for good quick breakfast. I usually just eat instant oatmeal since I can bring the pack to work and eat it here. I also have done yogurt for breakfast and even scrambled eggs with cheese. I am looking for some different variety. I have tried ricotta cheese with SF preserves and that is good too but is just not something I want to do everyday. I do not eat pork or bread and I am not into protein shakes so none of that. But I have been learning the art of freezing food and reheating. So, if anyone has any breakfast food ideas that are quick and on the go then please let me know. Thanks!

Special K High Protein cereal with skim milk - I've been putting about a tablespoon of Craisins in it for a different flavor and texture. Someone posted a recipe for mini crustless quiches. Maybe you can find it on the recipe forum. I'll look on my computer at home and post it if I have it saved.

I usually don't eat breakfast I have a protein shake but I have found a protein/energy bar I really like. They are BALANCE energy/protien bars. Right now Kroger's has them 10 for 10 dollars and they have a lot of diff flavors. My fav is the caramel nut blast. They are quick easy and ready to go. They have higher calories than normal protien bars but they fill me up in the mornings .
