Suck on a lot of Dum Dum suckers when you feel the need or craving.  I kept a clean ashtray beside me, and would lay my sucker down in it like a cigarette.  Really helped with the cravings, the hand to mouth problem.  Good luck.  Kathy

If anyone deserved to be electricuted it was this guy. I can not believe someone would shot thier own children the way he did.

Good luck on the smoking.  I stopped on July 17th of this year.  I have not had any bad times except for PMS week and I think I  had five people offer to buy me cartons.  LOL  I will keep you in my thoughts, because this will lead to a happier , healthier you.  BTW, I had smoked for 22 years. Darlene Juanita, I agree with you totally.  Don't mess with kids or old people, that really ****** me off.
