Sorry you are having problems. I have heard that the Gas X is good although I have never tried it. Hopefully the walking will do you some good. Hope you get to feeling better!

Hello there I too am from Antioch. I had my lapband on 08/21, going for my first weigh in tomorrow. I had the gas thingy for a day or two, but no more since then. The walking will for sure help. I go for my first weigh in tomorrow, looking forward to it I guess. Hang in there and keep your chin up...............:)

Just checking out the board some before heading to bed. Today has been way too busy for a Sunday for me. Hubby and I normally go to early service; 8:30 worship, 9:45 Sunday School; and we are at a restaurant by 11:30 then home for a nap. Today, we went to 2nd service after SS because the youth pastor was having a luncheon for the youth SS teachers, Hubby teaches 7 & 8 grade boys. Lunch was brought in from the Olive Garden. We had salad, lasagna, cheese ravioli in meat sauce, and breadsticks. I had some salad and a very small piece of lasagna. I just kind of ate around most of the pasta. Got home around 1:30. Then there was a bridal tea from 3 until 5 so back to the church I went. Watched Premonition with Hubby and then baked 2 dozen muffins to take in for the guys in the computer support department at work tomorrow.  I am pooped so I'm heading to bed.

Sounds like a busy day indeed. Hope you were able to get some rest. Is Premonition good? I was thinking of renting it.

Yes, Premonition was pretty good. You really have to pay attention though because it's a lot of back and forth that eventually all comes together and makes you go "AHA".
