Ok It's Official
Hello Juanita,
I am at work today as well....and it is cold in here too.....it would have been a nice morning to sleep in....this nice rain and all.
I am working early at least and tonight I am going to hear Hootie and the Blowfish at the Ryman.....
It looks like the long hot summer is about to pass and I am certainly happy about that.....although, I am overjoyed to say that even with all our record breaking temps, I never even had to take one breathing treatment....no enhaler.....nothing......that in itself is absolutely amazing.....
What exciting things are happening your way?
I have to agree today would have been perfect for staying at home and sleeping in. Nothing exciting here just have to take my daughter to see the Doctor today after work. Nothing serious just wanting to get her checked out. I am hoping may in Oct or Nov to visit Puerto Rico but not sure yet. Right now I am getting excited about the Walk coming up. This will be the first time I have ever done anything like that and I am looking forward to it.
I got up at 3:30 and could not sleep... so I got on the internet and downloaded music til about several hours ago.
After Tim got up and we had breakfast (although I had 1/4 of a club sandwich minus the bread, and about 1/8 cup of macaroni salad. Wow what a healthy breakfast). Later I had 3 strawberries with some whipped cream and sugar free choc syrup drizzled on top. Yummy they were good. I did supplement it with a choc matrix shake later in the morn.
I went back to bed and read a book. Then I am watching "The Rock" on tv while also doing online stuff. Mostly a stay indoors kind of Sunday although we have to get out of here by 3:00 for Tim's ballgame.
Other than that, not much else going on!
Well I took some nyquil last nite before bedtime. And finally "came to" around 10:30 am this morning! Now I know I will never need anesthesia! Just nyquil! LOL!
So then I showered and sneezed no less than 15 times in the shower.. FUN!
So, you may be bored at work, but at least ya arent SNOTTY!!!!
Ya'll have a great day!
Paula
