Hey Ladies and Gents. Just wanted to put a good word out for WHEY GOURMET. I ordered the Creamy Caramel Dip and have to say it taste great! I found it bariatriceating.com.

yep, i gots their arctic frappacino, dark chocolate mousse, radical rasp, choc peanut butter and my fave pina colada breeze. LOVE THEM!

Y'all are gonna make me go check this stuff out aren't you. You know I can't resist anything with the words caramel, frappuccino or dark chocolate in the description. I need to reorder my Nectar cappuccino anyway so I guess I'll have to try some of this too. Oh, the sacrifices I have to make. LOL Looking forward to seeing you Saturday!

These sound really good, do you just mix them with water? Can you find any of these at the Vitamin Shoppe? I've been going there lately for my power crunch bars.

The one I have you mix with milk. I use 6-8 oz of Skim milk and one scoop protein. I haven't seen it at Vitamin Shoppe yet. Not sure if any local store would have it.

I would love that! I'd much rather try something before I buy a jug of it. Thanks! I cannot tell you how much I am looking forward to seeing everyone. I know there have been some big changes in the 2 months since I've seen everyone and there are so many new people to meet.

Juanita: Whey Gourmet is my absolute favorite! I mix mine with 1/2 cup water and 1/4 cup Hood's Calorie Countdown Chocolate. I also use about 6 ice cubes. Smooth Peanutbutter Chocolate is my absolute favorite followed by Dark Chocolate (mixed with iced espresso) and Creamy Dreamy Milk Chocolate. They are all so delicious...I just can't say enough good things about these flavors! YUMMY! Freddie
