6 Month Diet Update
Just as promised, I am updating you guys and gals on my latest progress. I have officially lost a little over 28 pounds. It's okay but to me not the best but like I stated in another posting I should not expect anything different I've always lost about this amount of weight on any diet. But hey, I still have another month and a half before it's over with so I may just be able to lose another 10 pounds before it's over. I do have to do some labs but it's routine with my PCP and I like that it's a good thing to see the progress on the scales and then see if there is progress in labs as well. So it's an interesting time for me. But......tada, she is also checking my female hormones as well, because
I've been dealing with some hot flashing as well as night sweats. I told my PCP that I want to attribute the oddities to weight loss.......I don't know........LOL Oh well just thought I'd update you all. Blood pressure is also holding steady since dieting. How keen is that?!!!!!!

When I lose weight, I am freezing so that is strange to have hot flashes with the amount you have been losing. I hope everything comes back ok. Are they also checking your sugar? Well, keep it up. Hopefully this last month and a half will FLY by.

Misty ,yes she is asking for a complete blood workup as always.
I don't understand it either. I did think about
perimenopause but it's just a thought. I also have terrible night sweats. I just informed her of these things today, so she's checking female hormones as well and my thyroid too. I have an appointment to see my hemotologist next month as well.

congrads to you on the weight loss,,you know i smoked ,and i only gained on the 6 month diet, thank god ,only 2 pounds........I think i gained because of eating more instead of smoking...i still have about 20 days to go before surgery so i'm still cracking down,,,,,,,,,,,,best of luck to you on your tests she did,,,,,,,and on continuing weight loss
