Got a Date

I went to see Dr. Lynch and got my date, 9/4 for the lap band.  I had been so excited, but found myself very nervous since yesterday when i got my date and all the information.  I guess reality is sinking in.  I know that this is the right decision, jut emotional, i guess.   Has anyone had Dr. Lynch as a surgeon?  I told him that i visit this website and he wanted to know what folks are saying about him.  I haven't seen posts by anyone who had him.  It's mostly Dr. Spaw.

Don't worry, I personally had Dr. Spaw, but I know several people that are Dr. Lynch's patients and are very happy with him!!!  They seem to really be happy with him and their progress, your feeling of nervousness is very normal and may get worse, but we are here to support you and if you need us, just let us know!!!  I see you live in Antioch, I live very close to you, if you would like to get together before your suregery, let me know, however I had RNY, not the band!!! Congratulations on your date!  It is perfectly normal to feel nervous before your surgery - I was freaked out!  :-) Steph

Elena used Dr. Lynch. She's pleased with him. I guess those of us who have Dr. Spaw are just more vocal. LOL I met Dr. Lynch at the Christmas party last year and also at a seminar he did. I liked him...and he ain't bad on the eyes either.

Congrats on the date!  Time to start the Happy Dance ! I'm working on getting my date, and yes I am scared also, but guess what?  All these wonderful people on the Tennessee board are going to take care of you!

I had Dr. Houston, but I have heard many great things about Dr. Lynch so you are surely in good hands!  Congrats on getting your date...won't be long until you will be on the loser's bench with the rest of us!  I'm really happy for you...this will be such a life changing event, you will never regret it!
